Bring your attention to detail, customer service skills, and benefits administration experience to a role that supports our teammates through every stage of their employment journey. The Benefits Administrator plays a critical role in delivering day-to-day benefits administration. This role manages teammate requests and documentation, ensures accurate processing in Workday, and supports compliance with state and company requirements.
How You Will Drive Success :
Provide day-to-day customer service by responding to teammate benefit and leave of absence inquiries via Workday Help Ticketing system, email, and phoneManage Workday To-Do box to approve or deny teammate New Hire Events, Qualifying Life Event, Job Status Change Event, Bereavement PTO, and Jury Duty PTOMaintain accurate recordkeeping within Workday and Benefits drive for teammate documentationProcess Medical Support Orders, including enrolling dependents into health coverage as requiredProcess state-required Workers Compensation and State Disability forms as neededCommunicate with GM / DM regarding teammates' current leave status and expected return-to-work datePerform other responsibilities and duties as neededUnder The Hood What You'll Need :
High School Diploma requiredMinimum 2 years of recent Employee Benefits and experience (Workday experience is a plus)Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, able to work autonomously, and adaptable to shifting prioritiesEager to learn, professional, and reliableProficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and data entryEqual Employment Opportunity
