JOB SUMMARY
As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading and managing projects within the process engineering function. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and operational oversight to the process. The Process Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure process efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead productivity projects
Process Hazard Analysis
Maintain engineering documents
Scope Capital projects
Optimize energy consumption.
Develop technical solutions
Perform root cause analysis
Utilize Six Sigma tools
Identify process KPI / KPOs
Develop process control plans
Create process packages
CORE SKILLS / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or chemical manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry
Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Strong technical expertise in process optimization, design, and troubleshooting
Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
