Your role
As a Business Process Engineer I, your mission is to improve logistics, production, and other in-house processes with respect to quality, productivity, and throughput, with the objective of reducing overall costs and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will fully utilize resources to increase business and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and improve processes, quality and procedures in the product company and support functions to reduce costs, and improve productivity and throughput by using Lean Manufacturing Principles such as 5S, Poke-Yoke (mistake proofing), and Kaizen.
- Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Analyze workflows within and across all departments to improve communication and business processes.
- Review and analyze the KPI monitoring systems to continuously improve as well as maintain the focus areas needed to run the business.
- Assist in the training of teams in problem solving techniques and performance / improvement measurements.
- Communicate with management concerning purchases, procedures, process specifications, capacity and project status.
- Participate and present during project reviews; communicate status and highlight issues that impact project timelines.
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
- Serve as liaison between Production and IT.
- Manage, maintain, and clean up master data.
- Develop business intelligence reports (Power BI).
- Assist in validating change requests for ERP system (BPCS).
- Provide training on ERP system (BPCS).

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of relevant education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, challenging manufacturing environment.Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment and with continuous improvement projects.Experience with production assembly processes, materials management and manufacturing systems.Skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with material procurement in a lean manufacturing environmentExpertise in supply chain and logistics, including demand planning, production scheduling, and knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and MPS (Master Production Scheduling) systemsStrong mathematical, analytical and statistical skillsExtremely strong written and verbal communication skillsIndividual and team interaction skillsExcellent time management skillsAbility to work independently and follow through to completionStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, BPCS)Demonstrated proficiency in developing robust and efficient VBA macros and automated solutions tailored to streamline manual processes, improve workflow efficiency, and meet business requirements with precisionPrior experience working with the BPCS ERP system, with a strong focus on Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of supply chain and production workflowsFamiliarity with database system and design; ability to write SQL queries from scratch (SQL)Experience with Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Qlikview)Proven ability to achieve resultsIn return, we offer
