This position is paid at a competitive per-visit rateMileage reimbursement for any company travelCompany 401K with 4% company matchingAs a Hospice Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care under the direction of a registered nurse.
Business Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Territory : We are looking to fill roles in Summit, Stark, Portage, and Medina Counties.
As a Hospice Aide, you will :
Perform personal care according to the Hospice Aide Plan of CareDocument care provided according to agency policyReport any deviations from the Plan of CareUse DME safelyTake vital signsProvide respite for patients family / caregiver when on-site, as appropriateParticipate in IDG meetings, as appropriateQualifications :
Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours of devoted to supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed.One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide.At least 18 years old.Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.We cannot wait for you to join our team!
