We are looking for caring and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team on a PRN, as-needed basis.
Position Summary
The Hospice STNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with the plan of care. This role is ideal for STNAs who are seeking flexible hours, additional income opportunities, and a rewarding way to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to hospice patients, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families during end-of-life care.
- Assist nursing staff by reporting changes in patient condition promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Support the hospice mission by delivering care with compassion, respect, and professionalism.
