Job descriptionDiagnose and repair production and packaging machinery to minimize downtime. Execute preventive maintenance and keep detailed CMMS records. Work across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot controls, including PLC-driven equipment. Support installs, line upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts. Champion safety, GMP, and food quality standards every step of the way. 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred). Hands-on skills in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and PLC basics. Comfort reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Knowledge of lockout / tagout and safe work practices. Clear communication, team-first mindset, and calm under pressure. Flexibility for overtime or weekend coverage when needed. - 2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM
- 3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM
