New York Licensed Litigation Attorney

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Draft motions, briefs, and memorandums of law

Conduct legal research and appear in court for contested motions and evidentiary hearings

Manage all aspects of contested cases, including devising and executing legal strategies

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in contested motion practice

Admission to practice law in the state of NY; NJ / PA / CT admission is a plus

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

Able to identify and resolve legal issues efficiently

Eager to manage a heavy workload and produce substantial legal work
