Position Type : Hybrid (In-office training followed by hybrid schedule)
Work Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
Position Summary :
We are seeking a Clinical Quality Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support administrative and clinical review functions within our healthcare team. This role is ideal for a clinically experienced professional who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with medical documentation and Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transcribe Adverse Event referrals using Microsoft Word and Excel for State reporting
- Set up and triage Adverse Event cases in QCare and group mailbox
- Assist with medical records requests and clinical reviews as needed
- Prepare case reviews and summaries for discussion with the Chief Medical Officer
- Submit inquiries to delegates including case management agencies and transportation vendors
