Head of Revenue (Luxe Wellness Meal Subscription)

Job description

We are seeking a Head of Revenue who drives measurable organic growth and paid performance, embodies luxury standards in creative direction, and thrives at cross-functional leadership—especially in a fully remote, high-accountability environment. This role is responsible for both brand and bottom-line, leading all aspects of creative direction, performance marketing, and revenue-focused campaign / project management. Most importantly, this leader will own the strategy for shifting from paid acquisition toward organic acquisition, building and nurturing communities with high engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

What you'll do :

• Aggressively scale and prioritize organic growth on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for US-wide reach, with a proven ability to build highly engaged communities and gradually reduce dependency on paid media.
• Present clear, measurable proof of having grown brands organically by fostering loyal and active audiences, leveraging cutting-edge community management, and executing viral creative campaigns.
• Own and optimize acquisition channels , balancing performance marketing (Meta, Google, etc.) with a long-term vision to shift spend into organic growth strategies.
• Set the creative vision and manage brand standards : elevate all content across menu drops, product launches, and digital touchpoints with a distinctly premium, European-inspired aesthetic.
• Project manage all revenue-driving initiatives—coordinate remote teams, ensure flawless execution, and proactively fix scope / quality / resource issues before they become bottlenecks.
• Run scrappy, high-velocity testing sprints across ads, creative, and lifecycle; iterate quickly based on performance data, team feedback, and real-time community response.
• Oversee agency and internal team deliverables (content, paid media, design, web, CRM, analytics) with full accountability for deadlines, cohesion, and ROI.
• Optimize lifecycle and retention : develop and deploy CRM / email / SMS programs, measure cohort health, and drive up LTV throughout subscriber journeys.
• Mentor and unify a distributed, cross-discipline team—setting clarity on responsibilities, launch timelines, and standards for luxury creative and performance.
• Report performance, insights, and next actions directly to the CEO / founder; transition into sole owner and key decision-maker for all revenue-driving functions as you prove results.
