Job descriptionDeliver expert, compassionate surgical care Lead and mentor peers and new staff Collaborate across teams to improve outcomes Apply evidence-based practices and support continuous learning Perform scrub duties and maintain clinical standards Participate in shared governance and quality initiatives Strong clinical skills and critical thinking Commitment to patient-centered care Leadership in practice, education, or innovation Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change Minimum 2 years' experience. BSN preferred Annual completion of 2 professional contributions selected from department, hospital or system goals, and approved by Unit Director OR certification and 1 professional contribution selected from department, hospital or system goals, and approved by Unit Director as set forth through UPMC's My Nursing Career Ladder. Certification not required if master's in nursing or DNP is held. If a BSN is held, a master's degree in a related field may be substituted in lieu of Certification. Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Act 33 with renewal Act 34 with renewal Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal

Location : UPMC Passavant – McCandless
Status : Full-Time
Schedule : Monday–Friday, daylight / evening shifts (6 : 30 AM–10 : 30 PM)
Includes occasional on-call nights, weekends, and holidays. Shift lengths vary (8, 10, or 12 hours).
