Print Project Manager

The Print Project Manager is responsible for overseeing large-scale print production operations to ensure regulatory compliance, service level adherence, and operational efficiency. This position manages all facets of Enterprise outbound mail correspondence, coordinates closely with internal leadership and external vendors, and drives continuous process improvement initiatives within Humana. This role requires strong project management capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the print production and distribution of Enterprise outbound mail correspondence, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve production goals, present operational results to management on a monthly basis
- Lead large scale projects, including objective setting, team assignments, and progress monitoring to achieve compliance and operational efficiency
- Develop project timelines, set expectations, and oversee daily activities to ensure project milestones are met
- Serve as the subject matter lead with internal customers on correspondence projects, from planning to execution and follow-up
- Work independently to manage requests, ensuring readiness and thorough understanding with minimal supervision
- Partner with the Print Technology Team to maintain, upgrade, and create print databases as required by business needs
- Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to inform strategic and operational decisions; provide recommendations to leadership
- Build and sustain positive relationships with print and fulfillment vendors; monitor performance and resolve any contractual or invoice discrepancies
- Robustly manage and track Service Level Agreements for all production activities through internal software and external vendor platforms
- Coordinate savings initiatives such as migrating correspondence to digital platforms, optimizing postage rates, and reducing print content and costs

Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant print production, vendor management, and / or project management experienceDemonstrated experience in high-volume print production management or similar operational roleExperience in developing and end to end management of print production project plansProficiency in project management, data analysis, and process improvementExperience collaborating with various stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendorsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to function independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with print technology, database management, and production tracking softwareCommitment to upholding privacy standards and managing sensitive information appropriatelyExpertise in cost-saving initiatives and strategic vendor managementStrong financial and business acumen requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
