Restaurant Manager, Marcus DC

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for guests
• Foster a positive and collaborative environment, maintaining enthusiasm and celebrating success
• Provide hands-on leadership, development, and motivation to ensure high-quality service
• Identify areas for improvement in guest satisfaction and support corrective action plans
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
• Meet and / or exceed financial obligations and profitability through overseeing and actively participating in sales, labor productivity, cost control, and effective purchasing including anticipating revenue / cost problems and managing the timing of discretionary expenditures
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and fosters community engagement
• Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, promoting a respectful, safe, and harassment-free environment
