The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain processes including data models, and the ability to effectively bridge communication between IT and business stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can support Supply Chain business decisions through master and reference data effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain operations, analytics teams, and leadership to ensure accurate data flows across the enterprise. Serve as the go-to person for supply chain data-related issues, troubleshooting, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with process owners and leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing supply chain data flows and improving data accuracy and usability. Provide recommendations for data enhancements, data governance processes, and better integration with business systems.
  • Design and implement data for analytics that help the supply chain team gain actionable insights. Collaborate on data needs for KPIs and dashboards that will inform critical decisions and performance improvements.
  • Establish and promote data governance policies, ensuring that the supply chain data complies with internal and external standards. Work with IT teams to enforce data quality frameworks, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders on best practices related to supply chain data management, data for analytics, and data process improvements. Assist in training teams on the effective use of MDM tools and reports.
  • Serve as a business resource for supply chain data, tools, and analytic platforms. Collaborate with the technical and operations leads in troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts, working closely with business partners to resolve data-related challenges.
  • Support the Senior Director of Master Data Services in managing strategy changes, upgrades, new implementations, and process changes, ensuring that supply chain data is accurately reflected in all system updates.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data management or supply chain data or systems are a plus (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, or Master Data Management certification).

  • Proven experience in working with supply chain ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding data flows in procurement, inventory, logistics, and production.
  • Strong background in data modeling and mapping.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data governance and supply chain operations.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes (inventory management, demand planning, procurement, etc.) and their data requirements.
  • Strong data management expertise, including data quality management, data governance, and metadata management.
  • Soft Skills :
