Data Intelligence Analyst

Location : Orlando, FL 32804 (On-site)

Type : Temp-to-Perm

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay : $25 / hour

Requirements : Level II Background Check & Drug Screen

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and compile data to identify trends and patterns, then translate those insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders. You’ll play a critical part in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Summarize and present data reports for executives, management, and stakeholders.

Compile business intelligence and trends to support actionable recommendations.

Execute BI projects within assigned budgets and timelines.

Partner with departments to translate business requirements into clear, effective BI reports.

Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful, actionable reports.

Create BI reports, dashboards, and data models using Microsoft Power Platform, SSRS, and related tools.

Conduct research, troubleshoot BI-related issues, and present solutions to management.

Continuously improve reporting processes and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service.

Maintain updated documentation as systems evolve and business rules change.

Stay current on industry and business trends through ongoing research and professional engagement.

Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft SQL, SSRS, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, or related BI tools.

Strong business analysis skills with the ability to collect, compile, and interpret data effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Solid understanding of business processes and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to manage databases and leverage BI tools for insights.

Must be able to pass a Level II Background Clearance and drug screening.
