Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and wants to build a long-term career in industrial construction. The APM will work closely with project managers, field leadership, and clients to support all phases of project delivery—from preconstruction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating industrial construction projects.
• Track project budgets, contracts, and change orders with precision.
• Support project managers in ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Help prepare project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
• Perform job site visits to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
