Are you a highly detail-oriented drafter / detailer with a passion for precision and problem-solving? We're looking for a Structural Steel Detailer / BIM Modeler to join our growing team, where you'll play a critical role in designing custom metal building systems that are built to last.

In this role, you'll create detailed 3D models and construction-ready drawings that bring custom structures to life - from shop floor to job site. If you're skilled in Tekla, AutoCAD, or BIM tools , and want to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment, we want to hear from you.

Basic Job Functions :

• Create 3D Models of Custom Building Systems :

Use advanced 3D drafting software to model structural steel framing, wall systems, roof systems, and associated trim to ensure all parts fit seamlessly together.

Generate accurate, construction-ready erection drawings and bills of materials using AutoCAD and / or Tekla , ensuring field crews have what they need for efficient builds.

Create detailed fabrication reports and shop drawings used by our in-house production teams to build structural components with precision.

After initial training, assist in quality checking the work of other detailers - from simple to complex projects - to maintain high accuracy and design integrity.
