Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as General Manager, mentoring and developing team members to ensure the store's success.
• Instill the Wendy's culture, motivate the team to exceed customer expectations, and maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Hold total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.
