Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives aligned with the organization's vision and values
Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and professional development strategies while enhancing employee engagement and retention
Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage relationships with external consultants and service providers
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources and management
Demonstrated success in developing workplace culture initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
PHR or SHRM-CP certification required
High level of comfort with HR technologies and platforms
