LAB Technician II

Volt is immediately hiring Lab Tech II with a well-known industry leader in Maplewood, MN. In this role you will use strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to develop specialized nonwoven processes and products. .

As a Lab Tech II you will :

• Configure, operate, and maintain nonwovens process equipment
• Measure the properties of and characterizing nonwoven materials
• Keep detailed record keeping and communication of technical work and results
• Follow and develop standard operating procedures
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Material handling, including lifting pails, moving pallets, and completing other duties as assign

This is a first shift position.

Estimated Duration up to 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have :

electrical, or process engineering or a similar field

similar methodologies

Ability and desire to excel in a highly interdisciplinary, team-oriented work environment

High school diploma / GED or higher is require

Associate's degree in Engineering preferred but not required

Pay Rate : $29.77 per hour
