Pay Rates :

  • PCA (Personal Care Aide) $15.00 / hr
  • Nursing Assistant $15.50 / hr
  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) $16.50 / hr

    • Plus, earn a $0.50 raise after completing required training!

    • What You'll Be Doing :

  • Providing friendly conversation and companionship
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
  • Light housekeeping : laundry, linens, and tidying
  • Meal prep and planning
  • Medication reminders
  • Supporting families with caregiving guidance

    • To Join Us, You'll Need :

  • Valid PCA or CNA certification
  • A kind, respectful attitude and a caring heart
  • Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical strength to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Comfort with adapting to different home environments
  • Good phone / email responsiveness
  • Must pass a background check
