Who We're Looking For

We're seeking CNA, PCA, Nursing Assistants, or Nursing Students who are compassionate, dependable, and ready to grow. This isn't just another jobit's a meaningful career in caregiving.

If you're only looking for something short-term, this might not be the right fit. We're building a team of purpose-driven professionals who want to make a lasting impact.

Starting Pay Rates

  • PCA : $15.00 / hr
  • Nursing Assistant : $15.50 / hr
  • CNA : $16.50 / hr Plus, earn a $0.50 raise after completing your required training!

    • What You'll Do

  • Provide companionship and conversation
  • Assist with personal care : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare meals and help with feeding
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Assist with errands or transportation
  • Support families with dementia-safe care techniques

    • Requirements

  • Valid CNA license or PCA certification
  • A heart for service and a respectful approach to care
  • Strong communication via phone and email
  • Reliable transportation & driver's license
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs
  • Comfortable around pets
  • Dementia care experience is a plus
  • Must pass a background check
