Senior Business Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics to lead a team of analysts in deriving actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, coach, and develop a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality insights

Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate key business questions into analytical strategies

Build and scale dashboards and reporting tools to optimize decision-making across teams

Required Qualifications :

7 or more years in analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-driven role

Proven experience leading analytics initiatives with measurable business outcomes

Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

Experience with R, Python, or similar tools for statistical analysis and modeling

Deep understanding of fintech, consumer finance, or related industries
