Director of Business Strategy

A company is looking for a Director of Business Strategy - Regional & Landing Activation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Design guides and resources to help field teams translate customer ambitions into actionable steps

Lead personalized learning immersions and enablement campaigns while collaborating with various teams

Package and distribute proven assets that showcase capabilities and track feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent

6+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance

Proven ability to drive adoption through community engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Expertise in storytelling and enablement strategy, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders

Familiarity with enterprise enablement platforms and experience in measurement for continuous improvement
