Your Role

• Deliver full-spectrum nutritional care for patients of all ages : assessment ? plan ? implementation ? reassessment.
• Manage diet orders, and recommend enteral feeds and nutrition supplements when needed.
• Cover inpatient units and designated clinics; participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Screen and classify patients by nutrition risk, perform detailed assessments within set timeframes.
• Calculate nutrition requirements (calories, fluid, protein) using standard formulas.
• Monitor patient nutrition status through meal rounds and calorie counts; adapt plans accordingly.
• Coordinate care for discharge and home-enteral feeding setups; refer to specialty services as required.

What you bring

Required :

• 2-4 years of clinical nutrition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential; Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) within 12 months (NY requirement).
• Strong communication (written & verbal), analytical thinking and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams.

Preferred :

• Oncology experience in inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
