Position Title : Integrated Pest Management Technician (IPM)

Reports To : Cultivation Manager

Job Summary

The IPM Technician is responsible for executing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to support healthy plant cultivation. This includes applying foliar sprays, releasing beneficial insects, monitoring pest activity, and documenting all treatments in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform foliar spray applications according to the IPM schedule developed by Flower, Propagation, and IPM Management.
• Accurately record all applications in the IPM Spray Log (TPL-IPM-FRM-004).
• Conduct and review scouting reports per the IPM Supervisor schedule.
• Apply beneficial insects as scheduled.
• Replace sticky cards as needed for pest monitoring.
• Follow all label directions, safety protocols, and company procedures.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

Compensation : $20.00 / hour

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm
