Job Summary
The IPM Technician is responsible for executing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to support healthy plant cultivation. This includes applying foliar sprays, releasing beneficial insects, monitoring pest activity, and documenting all treatments in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform foliar spray applications according to the IPM schedule developed by Flower, Propagation, and IPM Management.
- Accurately record all applications in the IPM Spray Log (TPL-IPM-FRM-004).
- Conduct and review scouting reports per the IPM Supervisor schedule.
- Apply beneficial insects as scheduled.
- Replace sticky cards as needed for pest monitoring.
- Follow all label directions, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Support additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Ability to follow detailed label instructions, safety, and security protocols.Basic math skills for accurate pesticide mixing and application rates.Strong adaptability to changes in work environment, protocols, and responsibilities.Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions in English.Consistent execution of SOPs and ability to maintain tight schedules.Must pass medical screening and wear a respirator safely for foliar applications.Physical Demands

Compensation : $20.00 / hour
Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm
