About the Role :
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our in-person brand events. In this role, you’ll interact directly with customers, answer questions about our clients’ products, and ensure a positive experience throughout every event.
What You’ll Do :
Greet and assist customers during brand events and promotions
Provide information about our clients’ products and services
Support event setup, organization, and flow of customer interactions
Help resolve customer questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner
Maintain a clean and welcoming event space
Work closely with event and marketing teams to deliver excellent service
What We Are Looking For :
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dependable, friendly, and customer-focused
Enjoys face-to-face interaction and fast-paced environments
Able to commute to various event locations in the Los Angeles area
No previous experience required — training provided
