What We're Looking For

We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Massachusetts who are eager to make a positive impact and grow alongside us. Ideal candidates will possess the following :

• Willingness to conduct 15-21 sessions per week
• Flexibility to work with couples and children with our support
• A balance of autonomy and team collaboration
• Interest in roles related to clinical leadership or supervision
• Strong ethical foundation characterized by integrity, transparency, and dedication to quality care

Qualifications :

Compensation :

Up to $66,500 per year, depending on licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
