Team Leadership : Coach, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals.

Operational Oversight : Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

Safety & Quality : Champion a safety-first culture, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and standards.

Performance Management : Monitor productivity standards, create daily operating schedules, and implement plans to improve efficiency and meet operational objectives.

Compliance & Documentation : Ensure accurate handling of documentation and submit timely incident reports.

Continuous Improvement : Conduct regular 5S audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
