M-F 0700-1530 No weekend requirement, No Call requirement Must be able to work at either outpatient procedural location, 9831 S Western, Chicago and 10500 S Cicero, Oak Lawn

This position is eligible for a $5000.00 sign on bonus ½ payable after 90 days of hire and remainder ½ payable after 1 year of employment (internals not included)
