Role : Financial Project Manager (Oracle Fusion)

Overview :
Client is seeking a Financial Project Manager to support and stabilize their ongoing Oracle Fusion implementation. The system went live in 2024 but key areas-particularly AR and EAM-require improved oversight and vendor accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day project activities for Oracle Fusion financial modules.
- Focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM); Accounts Payable (AP) is already functioning well.
- Track issues, dependencies, and progress toward key milestones.
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and the System Integrator (4 Square).
- Hold the SI accountable for deliverables, timelines, and quality of configuration.
- Assess current system gaps and work with vendors to drive resolution.
- Oversee project documentation, meeting schedules, and action tracking.
- Coordinate with external PM consultants as needed to ensure alignment.
- Report project status and risks to leadership.
- (Future phase) Support implementation of Lease module-currently a low priority.
Requirements :
Strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials , especially AR and EAM .Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proven Project Management experience within ERP or financial system implementations.Ability to work independently and manage vendor relationships.Strong communication and organizational skills
