Title : Paralegal / Executive Assistant

Position Summary :

The Paralegal will support the legal department by managing a variety of legal, administrative, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, organize, and maintain legal files and documentation.
• Draft, edit, and prepare legal pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conduct contract reviews and assist in document negotiation.
• Maintain and update legal databases, records, and case management systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, appointments, and calendar management for the legal team.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and other legal documents.
• Support attorneys and other team members with ongoing projects and casework.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, outside counsel, and external partners.
