Position Summary :
The Paralegal will support the legal department by managing a variety of legal, administrative, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review, organize, and maintain legal files and documentation.
- Draft, edit, and prepare legal pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct contract reviews and assist in document negotiation.
- Maintain and update legal databases, records, and case management systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, appointments, and calendar management for the legal team.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and other legal documents.
- Support attorneys and other team members with ongoing projects and casework.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, outside counsel, and external partners.
Qualifications :
Paralegal certificate or equivalent paralegal experience preferred.Experience as a paralegal, preferably in corporate or real estate law.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Proficiency in DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and other document management tools.
