Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodbury NY for a Director of Sales and Leasing - Business Development. The Director will be responsible for spearheading sales operations, prospecting, and leading team management. Daily tasks include developing business strategies, prospecting and maintaining strong client relationships to drive growth and achieve sales goals.

This is primarily a commission based job with bonus incentives

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage
• Skilled in Team Management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in commercial real estate brokerage is mandatory
