Position Overview :  As a Histologist, Lead, you'll be responsible for processing and preparing patient tissue specimens for microscopic examination. Key duties include cutting, mounting, staining, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role also involves interfacing with various departments, performing sample capture for molecular submission, and training staff.

Schedule :  Tuesday-Saturday, 12 : 00 pm - 8 : 30 pm

Essential Duties :

• Prepare high-quality microscopic slides, including embedding, microtomy, and mounting.
• Accession specimens and perform data entry.
• Conduct routine and non-routine slide preparation for pathologist evaluation.
• Serve as a departmental Subject Matter Expert (SME) and train new and existing employees.
