BayCare is currently in search of our newest Supervisor Of Credentialing who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. - Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (HYBRID must reside in Florida)
The Supervisor Of Credentialing is responsible for :
Supervising the Credentialing Specialists and the credentialing, privileging, and enrollment functions.Ensuring compliance of credentialing files and credentialing database updates completed by Credentialing Specialists, in order to meet NCQA, CMS, AHCA, State and Federal guidelines and regulations, as well as Department Policies.Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching and counseling Credentialing Specialists to ensure they are meeting department quality standards.Developing and updating quality standards, documenting the processes and training team members on new and revised quality standards.Collaborating with other departments, including recruiting, onboarding, contracting, the CVO, MSOs, CBO and Managed Care contracting during the onboarding process and to resolve issues in onboarding and managed care enrollment.Assisting the Credentialing Manager with NCQA Accreditation renewals.Covering for the Credentialing Manager as needed.Education :
Required High School or EquivalentExperience :
Requires 3 years - Credentialing or 3 years - Managed CarePreferred Certification includes Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Provider Medical Services Management (CPMSM).Specific Skills :
