Our District Manager of Operations seek to maximize district revenue by executing national and center-level initiatives and training great managers and teammates to run our world-class entertainment venues. As a District Manager of Operations, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated group of managers at multiple centers whom you'll help recruit, hire, and train. You'll channel your inner-entrepreneur, identifying areas of weakness and strength within your region and developing action plans in an effort to : 1) increase center revenue, 2) develop a rock star management team, and 3) encourage guests to visit week after week.
