Cnc Machinist

We're looking for a highly skilled Milling Machinist + CNC Programmer with 7+ years of experience in precision machining. This individual will handle complex setups, create CNC programs, and collaborate with our team to ensure jobs are done right - the first time. You'll work on advanced 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers producing tight-tolerance parts that demand expertise, focus, and problem-solving under pressure. Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar software Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Perform first article inspections and verify work using precision measuring tools Collaborate with Quality Control and Production to meet deadlines and maintain consistent output Troubleshoot machining issues, tooling, and offsets Maintain equipment and ensure all operations align with ISO 9001 : 2015 quality standards Requirements 7+ years of CNC machining and programming experience (milling focus) Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAM software proficiency Strong understanding of CMM processes, inspection techniques, and tolerance analysis Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with aerospace or high-tolerance manufacturing preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must be reliable, punctual, and quality-driven Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 5 - 10 years Salary : $25 - $45 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
