What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician , you'll work directly with children with autism to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll implement ABA therapy programs designed by our Clinical Managers and make a meaningful difference every day.
Responsibilities include :
Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home, center, and community settings
Implement treatment programs, including discrete trial training, pivotal response training, and social skills development
Collect and record accurate data to track progress
Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent treatment
Maintain professionalism, compassion, and integrity in all interactions
What We're Looking For
Preferred Education :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related field
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (RBT certification preferred, but we'll train you!)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Professionalism, patience, and emotional resilience
Comfort working with diverse families and in varied home environments
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and engage in physical activity during sessions
