Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference for local women- and minority-owned businesses? We are looking for an off-site Entry-Level Project Coordinator seeking 20-30 hours of work per week.
The project coordinator handles the administrative and organizational aspects of 8-15 marketing projects at a time, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. They work closely with and provide strategic support to the Marketing Strategist on those projects.
We are a women-run agency focused on supporting women- and minority-owned small businesses, typically between 5-100 employees.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, including setting up meetings, answering questions, and getting information
Gathering and analyzing market data and conducting competitor analysis
Supporting the development of marketing plans
Tracking campaign performance metrics
Assisting with marketing tasks, including copywriting, design, research, and other activities as needed
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills such as project management, data analysis, and strategic thinking. By successfully executing these responsibilities, project coordinators can build a strong foundation for a future career as a Marketing Strategist or Project Manager.
For the first three months, this role will be a contract position. After this training period, you will be considered a permanent employee.

Once you are a permanent employee, you will be eligible to receive two weeks of paid time off (40 hours) and all major holidays off, including your birthday. Payment is on a weekly basis by direct deposit or check. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer health insurance or 401k benefits.

We work with Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, WordPress, Canva, social media, MailerLite, Monday.Both in writing and verbally. We check in every week to see how we can better support one another — we’re looking for a team member who will communicate when they need help or are overwhelmed.
Failure doesn’t mean the game is over; Our work is incredibly flexible in that you can do most of it anywhere and at any time, but much of it also comes with very clear and specific deadlines. We're a married couple with two young kids, so we get that crazy things sometimes come up. We can always assign the work to another team member, but only if you let us know as soon as possible that there’s an issue.
