About the Role

Blue Man Group, part of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, is seeking an experienced Production Stage Manager to join the 2026 North American Touring production.

The Production Stage Manager (PSM) serves as the primary show caller and operational leader for all performance-related activity, coordinating across artistic, technical, and management teams to ensure the show runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Blue Man Group’s creative standards. This individual manages the Stage Management department, supports company scheduling, and acts as the primary liaison between the Blue Men, Band, and Production teams on the road.
