With 450+ studios nationwide and expanding quickly in Fairfield County, StretchLab is redefining how people approach health and fitness. Our New Canaan, CT studio is conveniently located to serve clients across New Canaan, Norwalk, Ridgefield, and surrounding communities , making it a wellness hub for busy professionals, athletes, and active families. Provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to improve mobility, flexibility, and performance. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, recovery, and injury prevention. Perform basic movement assessments to customize sessions. Build strong client relationships and encourage membership consistency. Candidates with experience in fitness, movement science, or bodywork , including : Certified Personal Trainers (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) & Chiropractic Assistants Yoga & Pilates Instructors Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or Athletic Training Graduates Strength Coaches, Dancers, or Bodywork Practitioners Ideal candidates are : Passionate about wellness, mobility, and recovery Skilled in anatomy, physiology, or functional movement Strong communicators with excellent customer service skills Reliable, team-oriented, and excited to grow with a brand leader 💰 Compensation & Benefits : Competitive Pay : $24–$28 / hour + tips & commission Paid Training & Certification : Learn StretchLab’s proprietary mobility techniques Flexible Scheduling : Morning, evening & weekend shifts available Career Development : Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding fitness brand Wellness Perks : Free StretchLab membership & employee discounts 🎓 Paid Flexologist Training Program No matter your fitness background, we’ll set you up for success.
