Job Responsibilities
Inspects loss, prepares scope, and creates estimate for repairsSells property restoration and repair services to residential and commercial clients affected by by fire, water, mold, and other types of property damageMay perform monitoring on active residential and / or commercial jobs and communicates with customers.Maintains records of personnel and resources used on projects and communicates all billable events to clients, customers, and insurance adjusters.Responsible for creation of estimates in applicable software such as Xactimate and SymbilityCoordinates with Project Manager / Crew Chief / Lead Tech and other coworkers on scope of jobDocument / reviews loss and job progress with clear and descriptive job photos and uploads to the appropriate operating system / softwareCommunicates conversations and key information on the job using the notes feature in required softwareEstimates using carrier audit standards and manages the estimate based on feedback from client and customerInterfaces with adjusters and customers in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the lossMay perform quality assurance inspections after completion and obtain customer signatures for approval, requests payments when necessary.Prepares documentation and pictures according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companiesJob Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and or construction industryValid Driver's License and satisfactory driving recordAbility to lift up to 70 lbs.Able to work independently or work with / lead a teamExhibit professionalism, maturity, and the willingness to serve the customerExperience managing teams of 2 or moreExperience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phoneStrong verbal and written and communication skillsStrong problem solving and customer service skillsMust be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlinesWorking on-call schedule is requiredASD – Applied Structural Drying TechnicianFSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration TechnicianCompensation : $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
