Job Description

Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with DSA standards and higher education construction requirements. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project needs and concerns. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions. Mentor and lead teams to promote continuous improvement and professional development.
