RoleOverview :
- SynergyManagement Group (SMG) is seeking a dedicated Chief of Staff tosupport theCEO.
- This is a remote contractposition immediate start 8am5pm ET availability required USbasedlongterm potential.
- Candidates should be highly experienced incomprehensively supporting Clevel executives within thisindustry.
- Qualified applicantsmust have 15 years seniorlevel experience at toptier firms withinthe management consulting private equity and / or venture capitalindustry (e.
g. McKinsey BCG Bain KPMG PwC Deloitte Blackstone KKRCarlyle Sequoia Kleiner PerkinsAccel).
Month 1 EvaluationResponsibilities :
- In addition to the OngoingResponsibilities listed below Month 1 Evaluation will be a onetimesprint project to evaluate the Chief of Staffs ability tosuccessfully navigate and achieve a highpressure results orientedobjective.
- You will be provided with detailedinstructions (templates manuals job descriptions interview criteriaetc.) relevant tools / subscriptions and CEO availability for finalround interviews in order to achieve the following objective : (1)Recruit a senior sales executive (Managing Director or Partnerlevel) from a top tier consulting firm (2) Administratively supportthe newly hired sales executive with guidance from the CEO of SMGfor the remainder of Month 1 to successfully close and receivecleared payment for one new client engagement (minimum of $50Kcontract).
- After successfully achieving the aboveobjective we will structure a longtermengagement.
Ongoing Responsibilities (Month 1 andOnward) :
- You will be provided with detailed stepbystepinstructions templates & relevanttools / accounts / subscriptions to manage the below ongoing Chief ofStaff responsibilities :
- Handling all logistics for the CEO includingbut not limited to : Email / Calendar management task / workflowmanagement vendor management meeting scheduling / coordinationscreening and / or qualifying 3rd parties (prospective clientsvendors new hire candidates partners etc.
with provided criteriadaily progress reports daily Zoom video checkin meetingsproofreading administrative project management and coordinationLinkedIn outreach recruiting gatekeeper responsibilitiesadministrative clientcoordination / management.
Compensation :
- Hourly Rate commensurate withexperience (exclusively successbased during the Month 1Evaluation)

- Decisionmaker with strong critical thinkingskills and ability to make soundrecommendations
- Possesses highEQ
