Proficient in processing consumer loans from application to close with proven sales results. Interview members / prospective members to identify, consult and fulfill their present and future financial and lending needs. Process consumer loan applications, consult to close loans with ancillary products and service member loan requests. Conduct all member service transactions. Build and maintain favorable member relations / relationships. Comply with internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for the achievement of individual sales and service goals including consumer loan origination sales. Successfully complete all required registrations or certifications as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVEs :

• 2 years of customer service in a retail or corporate setting
• 2 years of experience using MS Office products
• HS Diploma or GED
• Sales experience
• Banking (Familiar with banking products ie. what is checking, savings, credit card - They will learn BCU products.)
• Ideal profile : Personal banker, bank teller, or member services
• Computer skills use Microsoft office, email and salesforce.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
