Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining our value proposition via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients, maintaining communication with the PDM, and training and coaching Senior Product Advisors (SPAs). You will set appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland payroll solutions to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients into our Payroll / HCM services realm.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (currently Atlas), including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
• Continuously build knowledge of our product portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑ones with the leader.
• Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
• Provide status updates to the reporting PDM.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
