IAM Principal

A company is looking for an IAM Principal to design, develop, and maintain technology and process solutions for complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategy and execution of the IAM program in collaboration with stakeholders, focusing on process development and automation

Provide expert direction on design and implementation of identity management, access control, and authentication processes

Assess risk-based prioritizations for Zero Trust and other IAM capabilities while mentoring senior colleagues

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in relevant fields

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level IAM and Zero Trust capabilities

Knowledge of Zero Trust frameworks and industry regulations, including NIST SP 800-207

Experience in identity-related design in cloud environments and building technology roadmaps
