About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Investment Accounting Leader to enhance their team. This essential senior leadership role is critical for supporting the Head of Investment Accounting and requires an engaging leadership style, deep expertise in insurance investment accounting, and a solid history of guiding teams through periods of transformation. In this role, you will oversee intricate accounting processes, ensuring precise and timely statutory and US GAAP reporting.

You will lead finance transformation initiatives, modernize accounting strategies, and ensure synergy across various departments. To be successful in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA being highly preferred. You should have at least 10 years of accounting or audit experience, with significant familiarity in insurance investment accounting under US GAAP and statutory reporting. At least 5 years of management experience in a complex, regulated setting and a proven record in finance transformation or system implementation projects are essential.

Experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx is also preferred. We are looking for a leader who exhibits strong communication and problem-solving skills, is analytical and detail-oriented, and has a hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
