Overview
Conduit is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our expansion into the financial services sector (loan servicers and lenders). In this role, you will drive sales cycles with enterprise clients, owning deals from initial outreach through negotiation to close. As one of the first enterprise sales hires, you’ll work closely with our founders to shape our go‑to‑market strategy in this vertical and build relationships with industry‑leading customers. Base pay range
$250,000.00 / yr - $350,000.00 / yr
Location : San Francisco, CA (in‑person team, five days a week in the office)
What You’ll Do
- Lead full‑cycle enterprise sales : Identify and target key financial services organizations, run discovery and demos, handle objections, and navigate multi‑stakeholder negotiations to close six‑figure+ deals.
- Strategic vertical growth : Develop deep expertise in the lending / loan servicing domain to tailor Conduit’s value proposition to industry pain points, and provide feedback to the product team on features that win deals in this space.
- Collaborate with leadership : Work directly with Conduit’s founders and product team to refine sales messaging, pricing, and contract terms for enterprise clients. Help define our sales playbook and best practices for selling into complex organizations.
- Relationship management : Build trust with senior executives and decision‑makers at client organizations. Ensure a smooth handoff to our customer success team and remain engaged to identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Market presence : Represent Conduit at industry events, conferences, and webinars in financial services. Be a face of Conduit in this sector, educating the market on conversational AI’s impact on customer operations.
Who You Are
Experienced closer : 6+ years of B2B sales experience, including success in an enterprise or strategic Account Executive role. Track record of closing large (six‑figure or higher) deals with Fortune 1000‑level clients.Domain knowledge : Background selling into financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is a strong plus. Understand how to navigate longer sales cycles and compliance / security reviews common in enterprise deals.Consultative & driven : Understand business problems and can articulate ROI. Skilled at solution‑selling and can align our product’s value with the customer’s KPIs.Startup mentality : Thrive in ambiguity and fast change, and are comfortable with a high degree of ownership.All‑in attitude : Bring energy and grit.
